Who are those people? · They may be people who are Christian, but have no particular church affiliation or church home. · They may be Roman Catholics who have been denied the Sacraments of the Church because of some situation such as divorce. · They may be non-Christians who are looking for pastoral care, or traditional services such as weddings, funerals, and baptism. · They may be people just like you. The Kingdom of God Old Catholic Church provides traditional, pastoral services to those in need, · Regardless of religious or denominational affiliation, or lack thereof; · Regardless of economic condition; · Regardless of circumstance. If you are, or know someone who is, in need of: · pastoral care, · pastoral services, · someone to officiate a wedding, · someone to baptize you or your child, · someone to administer the Sacraments, · Someone to officiate a funeral, · someone to pray with you and for you, · someone to hear your confession, · or any other need, want or desire that only ordained clergy can provide, Then The Kingdom of God Old Catholic Church exists for you. All this, however takes money and time. The Kingdom of God Old Catholic Church needs funds to buy supplies, pay the bills, be available for people when they need us, to contribute time and resources for community needs, to find and pay for a location to meet each week, and of course, we need to help people to find this ministry through advertising. Father R. Joseph Owles knows that he is not changing the world or doing anything earthshaking with this ministry. He is just trying to be there for people who need him, when they need him, however they need him.
