Cause Description:
Spencer Pet Rescue of St. Claire County is a No-Kill, Not-For-Profit, state licensed, all breed rescue located in O' Fallon Illinois. SPR is operated solely by a small group of volunteers dedicated to saving the lives of dogs and cats. Most of our dogs come primarily from local animal controls where they would otherwise be euthanased. We also help reduce the population of dogs and cats by spaying and neutering all animals adopted through our facility. Spencer Pet Rescue is ALWAYS at maximum capacity of animals, and short on help.
