Community Bridges is a family of programs that provide needed human services to more than 32,000 seniors, children, and families in Santa Cruz County. Our services range from providing nutritious meals to senior and homebound residents, providing transportation for disabled individuals and seniors, offering low cost child care and development programs, and providing resources and support for families in need. Our programs include: Meals on Wheels, Lift Line, Child Development Division, Child Care Food Program, WIC, Watsonville Law Center, LaManzana Community Resources and Live Oak Family Resource Center.
