The Exceller Fund works with other organizations to rehabilitate and retrain the horse for a new career. While The Exceller Fund focuses on Thoroughbred racehorses who need a helping hand, the fund has also rescued Standardbreds, Paints, Hanovarians, and Belgian Drafts.
