We help nearly 1,800 people every day via: Maplewood Health Care and Rehabilitation Center; RiverLedge Health Care and Rehabilitation Center; Mosaic; Behavioral Health Clinic; Assertive Community Treatment; Assisted Living; Case Management; Day Habilitation; Home Care; Housekeeping; Independent Living; Individualized Residential Alternatives (IRA); Outpatient Therapy; Rehabilitative Services; Respite; Skilled Nursing; Senior/Disabled Housing; and Supportive Housing.
