Committed to ensuring every child victim of abuse and neglect their right to a safe, permanent home. Maryland CASA is private, non-profit association of local Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) programs that provide trained advocates for abused and neglected children under the protection of the courts. Maryland CASA supports the development of new CASA programs, promotes public awareness, provides training and technical assistance, provides information on state and federal legislation and court decisions, and assists with resource development.
